この文章を見てふと思ったことがあるのだけど上手く言語化できるか自信ないけどまぁメモということで。
自分にとっては新しい、あるいは未知の状況が目の前にあるとき、それをあえて言語化して誰かに伝えたり、自分の中でそれに対する理解を明確化しないで、放置して放っておくことがときどきある。 言語化する、ということはつまり、自分が既に手元に持っている言語や概念のセットを使って既存の型にはめてしまう行為なのだから、そこからこぼれ落ちてしまうものは全て言語化の際に消滅してしまう。消滅してしまうので、その捨てられた部分についての理解はその時点では為されないまま先に進むことになる。
小説でも学術書でも、再度読んでみたら理解の仕方が以前と全く違っていた、ということが結構ある。以前は見えなかったものが見えるようになった感じ、か。
dsbd上でも、1年以上前にスルーしたことのある気がする写真や絵や記事が、何故か今は気になったりすることもある。
